In May 2012, David graduated from a specialized, dual-degree law program earning an American and a Canadian Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy’s School of Law and the University of Windsor’s Faculty of Law respectively. David grew up in Hendricks County, Indiana and attended Tri-West High School and he received his B.S. from Ball State University in Athletic Training.
David practices law to help those that have been taken advantage of by institutions larger than themselves. Far too often people are harmed because companies do not fear the repercussions for their actions. David feels that everyone deserves fair and affordable representation when they have been harmed. David is currently involved in multi district litigation against Narconon and Blue Cross Blue Shield and he is actively involved in litigation against the State of Indiana working on behalf of mentally handicapped children denied benefits from the State.
David is currently admitted to practice in California, Indiana, New York and Ontario, Canada.
